I met these two at their engagement session at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. These two were so much fun to work with. It was clear from day one that these two are a special bride and groom. And I was right.
It was late June and my second shooter and I arrived to Andalusian Oaks in Morritson, Florida in the early afternnon. We approached the area of which Dominique was getting ready and neither one of us had seen something like these structures.
The girls were getting ready in these magical clear igloos. When you walked in, it was a cool break from the Florida heat. The property is draped in green oaks and the ceremony spot has romantic accents from it’s “European styled” ceremony spot to a love bird’s swing.
The Cardona’s wedding was an easy one to capture. The day was a repeat of ease that was their engagement shoot. Through love, laughter, and a beautiful summer day, the photos turned out to be the epitome of what I picture as a summer wedding.
I have so much love for these two and I still positively reflect back on their gallery. It gets me so giddy to think about how special my job is and what a joy it is to be a wedding photographer. I could talk about this day forever and I can’t wait to go back to Andalusian Oaks with another special couple soon!
